The pair, along with their older brother, are among a number of men who have been charged before the non-jury court in relation to a garda investigation into the theft of an ATM in Castleblayney, and the attempted theft of an ATM in Virginia, both in 2019.

The judge said the court had placed the crime at the lower end of the middle spectrum of offending.
