Gardaí in Bailieborough are investigating the theft of a white and orange coloured Alpine caravan from lands at Kilnagun, Lisduff, Virginia between the 4th and 11th of January last.
They suspect that the caravan was transported from its site by a trailer.
Anyone with information or who may have noticed anything suspicious in the area at the time of the incident is asked to contact Bailieborough Garda Station.
Meanwhile, in Ballyjamesduff, Gardaí are asking the public for their assistance following a burglary at a house in the Mountnugent area on the 14th January between 5pm and 6pm.
The homeowner left the property and when they returned a short time later discovered the house had been broken into.
During the course of the robbery a large quantity of jewellery was taken.
Gardai are asking road users - in particular - who were in the locality at the time of the incident and who may have noticed anything suspicious to contact them.
They are also appealing to jewellers, pawnbrokers and valuers who may have been approached with a selection of jewellery to make contact with them.
