A Carrickmacross bar is seeking permission for a change of use to a restaurant and coffee shop.
The change of use would apply to Jayz Bar on Main Street in Carrickmacross.
The works would see the bar become a coffee shop and restaurant at ground floor level, with an associated kitchen and customer toilets to the rear.

Amendments to the shop front is also included in the planning application, while the first floor would be a commercial area.
A decision is expected by the end of July.
