Shane Crilly's Base Wood Fired Pizza group is looking to double in size over the next five years thanks to making a lota, lota dough!
The Carrickmacross native opened his first outlet in Dublin in 2008.
He now has five businesses in operation after the expansion of the group quickened in 2013.

He maintains a controlling stake in the company.
Meanwhile, accumulated profits for last year totalled €1.93m.
And, it's on the back of that development, that plans to open the company's first pizza outlet outside of Dublin are set for this year.
