Cavan and Monaghan both received over €1 million in funding under the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant in Q4 2025.
That's according to figures released by the Department of Housing this week.
The council also received 36 applications for the grant, and approved 32 applications.

18 grants were issued in Co. Cavan between October and December 2025.
