Cavan based company Cinnte Technologies has been purchased by an American data and privacy firm.
Calligo, which is Jersey based, has added the local IT services provider to their acquisitions after they purchased two other companies in Dublin and Cork earlier this year.
CEO of Calligo Julian Box says the move will help the Cavan company's clients build from their solid data foundations and offer broader data safety.

The Managing Director of Cinnte Technologies has said the changes will give their team the chance to contribute to a 'highly regarded global service team'.
