A Co Monaghan care home has been found to be compliant or substantially compliant in all areas following an unannounced inspection in December.
Tonyglassion Group Home provides 24 hour residential care and support for up to five residents with disabilities and complex needs.
Inspectors spoke to family members who were complimentary and positive about the quality and safety of care provided in the house, and a resident said they were happy in the group home.
Tonyglassion Group Home was deemed to be "substantially compliant" regarding premises, fire safety, infection control, and positive behavioural support.
However, these were risk-rated "yellow", which signifies a low risk, and a compliance plan has been put in place to bring these areas to full compliance.
