A donkey has been reunited with its owner after what was described as a "great escape" in Co Cavan.
Local gardaí say "you never know what you might have to deal with when you report for duty" after receiving reports of a donkey on the loose in Mullagh.
Gardaí say the donkey was heading downtown and could have caused a HAWful accident but was rounded up and taken to safety.

And while it took a while, it was established HEE is new to the area and was HAWfully glad to get home.
