The permission obtained in recent days allows for the change of use to three apartments at 60 and 61 Dublin Street in the town.

The consultation takes place on the 4th of July at Market House from 2:30pm to 7:30pm.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning in the Dublin Street area.

Locals are avoiding the town and going elsewhere due to a lack of parking availability.

The meetings will take place Monday in the Market House.

Of the 48 people to make a submission on the plans, 22 referenced the campaign and were concered about the demolition plans.

The campaign calls for the scheme to "change direction before it's too late".
