An extended closure notice has been issued for a section of the Monaghan Town Greenway.
The Greenway from the Coolshannagh Roundabout to Old Cross Square closed on the 23rd of May to allow for essential maintenance and upgrade works to take place.
It was due to remain closed for a period of six weeks, but this closure has been extended until Friday, the 29th of July.

Monaghan County Council has thanked the public for its patience and understanding to allow for the completion of these improvement works.
