A local TD has hailed the "tremendous work" taking place in vaccination centres in the Northern Sound region.
Vaccination centres in the Kilmore and Hillgrove Hotels in Cavan and Monaghan opened on Monday and Niamh Smyth says it's great to be talking about vaccines instead of testing.
While Deputy Smith acknowledges there have been "difficulties" with the vaccine rollout, she added that the Health Minister has "worked night and day" to get vaccines into the country.
