A fire that has ripped through a Kingscourt community enterprise has decimated several small businesses operating in the facility
The community building was built in the 1990s and funded by locals and businesses in the area, however as a result of the blaze the units have been completely destroyed in the fire which will result in a major job loss for the area.
The fire that broke out in the early hours of this morning
Units from Kingscourt, Virginia and Bailieborough attended the scene, and worked through the night and up until lunchtime today to bring the fire under control.
It is believed that seven separate businesses have been destroyed in the blaze overnight.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
Forensics have been examining the scene throughout the day.
