The funeral of well-known Cavan man and New York pub owner Hugh Lunney is taking place today.
Originally from Swanlinbar, Hugh operated the iconic O’Lunney’s of Time Square until it closed its doors last year because of the Covid-19.
The 85 year old died last Thursday and is survived by his wife Mary, his sons, daughter and extended family.
