Gardai are appealing for information in relation to a burglary in Munnilly, Cootehill.
The incident occurred on the 19th of February at approximately 6.50pm.
The homeowner was upstairs and heard a noise, came down to inspect and heard persons talking in the kitchen.

The homeowner banged on the door and the culprits fled.
The homeowner went to a neighbour's house and alerted Gardai.
Gardai described the incident as "a very frightening experience" for the homeowner and are anxious to hold the culprits to account.
