Gardaí have confirmed they're investigating after a person was threatened by a man in a balaclava in Belturbet.
The incident is alleged to have happened last Saturday evening at a jetty on the river.
A man in his 20s was walking in the Kilconny area at around 5.45pm last Saturday.

It's understood he was approached by a man dressed in black, who had a balaclava over his face.
This man attempted to take his phone and watch during a struggle.
He then fled the scene.

Gardaí say they are investigating the robbery but no arrests have been made.
They're appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
