Gardaí launch investigation following Cavan burglary

Gardaí are investigating a break in to a house in Cavan that occurred on the 12th of January last. The burglary occurred in the Drumconnick area between 9pm and 10pm. The house alarm sounded and the culprit made off with the homeowners purse. Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the Drumconnick area and recall any suspicious persons in that area on the 12th of January to make contact with them.
