The Cost of Living coalition has said this week that emergency measures to tackle rising costs are needed now

A local Fianna Fail TD says the Government can't budget its way out of the rising cost of living.

It follows a survey by Barnardos that found 63 per cent of families with children are going without basic essentials like food and heat.
