The HSE is encouraging people in the CHO Area 1 to use the online self-referral portal when getting tested for Covid-19.
The CHO Area 1 covers counties Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim, Monaghan, and Sligo.
The HSE says booking online can eliminate waiting times, and those who arrive at a Testing Centre without an appointment as a walk-in may have to wait.

It adds that people can book a slot up until the end of the next day from when you go online.
