Senator Robbie Gallagher has welcomed the latest news surrounding the Advanced Technology Building at Monaghan Business & Technology Park at Knockaconny.
The 16,000 sq. ft. building was constructed in 2021 and the IDA have been looking for a tenant for the new unused building since.
Senator Gallagher says he has been told that there is active engagement with the IDA and an Enterprise Ireland company. He hopes that the ongoing positive talks in having a business occupying the large scale building will conclude soon.

The local senator says this will create extra jobs in Monaghan town. Senator Robbie Gallagher says the governments focus is very much on the border region and bringing more businesses to the area.
