The manager of a Cavan theatre says any increase in capacity should be welcomed.
From September 6th, cinemas and theatres can operate at 60 per cent capacity if the entire audience is vaccinated.
Where there is mixed immunity, the limit remains at just fifty people.

Padraig Rafferty is the manager of the Ramor Theatre of Virginia and says that all upcoming events are being modified to not have an interval, in an effort to prevent mingling.
He says they won't make a profit, but it's an important step.
