A Kingscourt undertaker says the increase in numbers allowed to attend funeral masses and services will be welcomed by affected families.
In line with phase 2 of the government’s roadmap for easing covid-19 restrictions, 25 people can now attend funeral masses and services.
Colm Kieran, of Kieran Brothers Funeral Care, says it was a real challenge for families when only ten people could attend and that the current figure of 25 can sometimes allow for the entire immediate family to attend.
