Kingspan Group has announced the appointment of Louise Phelan as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from the 28th of April.
Ms Phelan was formerly Vice President of Global Operations EMEA PayPal, and is a highly respected business leader and adviser with experience leading global organisations in both the renewable energy and finance sectors.
She is the senior independent non-executive director of Ryanair Holdings and was a non-executive director of Voxpro. Ms Phelan is a member of the Irish Government's Top-Level Appointments Committee and a member of the President's advisory group at Technological University Dublin. She is also a former President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ireland.
