Kingspan has completed its acquisition of French roofing provider Ondura Group.
The Kingscourt-based insulation giant announced the move in February when it signed an exclusive put option agreement.
The total consideration for Ondura was put at €550 million, with the existing management teams being retained.

The acquisition is estimated to increase Kingspan's earnings by 7 per cent on a full year basis, with the company saying earlier this year that the move is aligned with its strategy to develop multiple technologies in roofing applications.
