The launch of the Ballybay Town Centre First Plan has officially taken place.
Cathaoirleach of Ballybay-Clones MD, Cllr Sinead Flynn says she was delighted to officially welcome the launch this important event.
She says the plan represents a new beginning for the town of Ballybay - a practical, community led roadmap for breathing new life into the heart of Ballybay. The plan is about revitalising vacant buildings and supporting local businesses along with improving public spaces,

Cllr Flynn says the real work begins now to turn the plan into action and ensure Ballybay gets the investment and attention it deserves. The Sinn Fein councillor says this plan is about putting Ballybay first.
