Gardai across Cavan and Monaghan are appealing to the public for help following a spate of criminal incidents that has occurred over the past few weeks.
Firstly in Dowra, gardai are seeking information into a stolen sailing boat. A shed was entered between the 5th and 19th of February and a sailing boat/engine along with a trailer was stolen.
Gardai are investigating a number of burglaries that occurred in the Cornafean area in the past few weeks. Three separate house break ins occurred where Jewellery was stolen with sentimental Value at one property, culprits were disturbed at another property and left empty handed, and cash was stolen at another premises.
Arva Gardai are investigating and if you can assist they would like to hear from you. In Monaghan a van was stolen from a home in the Broomfield area during the night of the 6th of February.
Gardai in Carrickmacross are looking for assistance in relation to the stolen Vauxhall Vivaro, which is white in colour and bears the partial registration of 141 D. And gardai are investigating the theft of a trailer from from the Edenaforan area of Clones. The theft occurred between 6pm 21st of February and 9am on the 22nd of February.]
