A proposal to only allow fully vaccinated people to dine indoors "is lunacy and will not work".
That's according to Clontibret publican, Brian Renaghan, who says "it's time to live with covid and use some imaginative thinking".
The re-opening of indoor dining has been delayed until at least the 19th of July.

It will then open to fully vaccinated people or those who've recovered from Covid - with a system for managing it being worked out over the coming weeks.
