A local spa owner says the black market is driving down treatment prices for those in the industry.
Anna Costello the runs Utopia at the Cavan Crystal Hotel, and says that while products remain the same price, or increase the cost for treatments remains static or decreases because of people operating from home.
She says this is one of the key concerns ahead of re-opening post-Covid, as well as ensuring that both staff and clients are safe when doing so.

However, Anna says she is in no rush to reopen as the health of the country is more important and she is confident her loyal customers will want to return to the salon:
