Local Tidy Towns groups think top towns should have in-person adjudication

A local Tidy Towns group says they expect the top towns to still get an in-person adjudication.

The competition is back this year after a 12 month hiatus, however judging is being done remotely via the submitted application forms.

Winners will be announced in November this year, as opposed to the usual September date.

Gerry Hand from Carrickmacross Tidy Towns says he expected the judges to still make a few visits before then.
