Co Cavan firm IO Agri have taken home the Innovation Award at the National Enterprise Awards.
The Canningstown based Agri-tech company is supported by Local Enterprise Office - Cavan also were the overall winner in the Cavan County Enterprise Awards earlier this year.
The National Enterprise Awards for 2026 took place last night at the Mansion House in Dublin.
The awards are a celebration of the very best small businesses from across the country and serve to highlight the work that Local Enterprise Offices are doing with up-and-coming enterprises in every local authority area in the country.
The 31 finalists had each been chosen by their Local Enterprise Office to represent them and their area at the awards, which are in their 26th year.
Last year's winner was health tech firm SPRYT, supported by Local Enterprise Office Monaghan.
Monaghan based The Rug Rack won the regional North East award last night.
Sandra Thompson from IO Agri said she was delighted with the award and paid tribute to the Local Enterprise Office - Cavan branch.
