Gardaí have charged one man over the crash which killed two teenagers in County Monaghan last year.
16 year old Dlava Mohamed and 17 year old Kiea McCann were on their way to a school debs when the incident happened at Legnakelly outside Clones.
One man in his 60s has since been charged, and is due before Monaghan District Court this morning.
