According to the local artist, a summer spent in Ireland in her 20s became a 13-year love affair with the country as she now lives and works from her studio in Inniskeen.

A Monaghan artist is set to have her work showcased on a national stage.

Monaghan artist and former interpreter, Nina Ruminska, reached the final of the Sky Arts Portrait Artist of the Year in 2022.

As a result of her achievements, Nina is now gearing up for Art Source in Dublin's RDS from November 10th until the 12th.

According to the local artist, a summer spent in Ireland in her 20s became a 13-year love affair with the country as she now lives and works from her studio in Inniskeen.

Speaking to Northern Sound, she revealed that art lovers will have the unique chance to get their hands on 100 pieces of original artwork for €100 each on a first-come, first-served basis on the opening morning of the national show.
