A Monaghan native has been recognized for his work for young people in the community.
Adam Lambe, from Monaghan, was among nine young people recognised for their role as a Eurodesk Ambassador at the recent European YouthFest event in Dublin's Convention Centre.
The event, attended by over 150 young people and youth workers from across Ireland was hosted by Léargas, the Irish agency that promotes and manages European exchange programmes.
Eurodesk Ambassadors champion European mobility opportunities for young people in their local areas and wider communities by sharing information, creating youth friendly content for online networks and providing feedback to the Eurodesk Network.
