A Clones snack producer has plans to expand to America and the UK.
Rucksnacks was founded by Colm and Jenna Connolly in 2015, in an effort to
bring healthy snack food to the Irish market.
The family business produces jerky and biltong products, and was included in
Lidl's Kickstart programme - which will see their foods stocked in all 202
stores.
