Motorists urged to 'take care' due to icy conditions

It's a cold, frosty start in many areas today and The Road Safety Authority's urging motorists to take extra care. Roads and footpath's may be hazardous as Met Éireann issues a yellow warning for cold temperatures and icy patches across much of the country. The RSA's David Martin says drivers need to reduce speed - and other road users need to be visible and take sensible precautions.
