A new phase of public consultation on the Emerging Preferred Route Corridors for the N2 scheme begins today.
The preferred routes for the N2 Ardee to Castleblayney and N2 Clontibret to Border Road Schemes were published on the 24th August with the first 3 weeks of public consultation happening remotely.
From today members of the project team will meet people by appointment in Face-to-Face meetings at venues in Monaghan Town and Carrickmacross.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Monaghan Town will host the meetings between the 14th and 23rd of this month, while consultations will be in the Nuremore Hotel in Carrickmacross from the 24th to the 2nd.
These meetings will be physically distanced and will comply with COVID-19 guidelines.
