Gardaí have launched an investigation after a three-vehicle road traffic collision on the N3 outside Cavan town yesterday. The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon at the Butlersbridge exit along the busy main road.
No serious injuries have been reported and while the road was closed for a number of hours in the aftermath of the collision, it has since reopened. Gardai are appealing for witnesses and are anxious to speak to anyone who may have dash-cam footage.
