'A monster came and took it all away from her'

The parents of a Co Armagh woman who was murdered last month say they are living in a nightmare one month on.

32-year-old Natalie McNally was stabbed, beaten and strangled on December the 18th in Lurgan. She was fifteen weeks pregnant at the time.

Nobody has been charged and the killer is still at large. Three people have been arrested including a 25-year-old man who was taken into custody yesterday morning - but all were released pending further inquiries.

Bernadette and Noel McNally say 2023 was meant to be a year they were looking forward to. "We have no grandchildren and this was going to be the best year ever.

"We have never seen her so content; she was pregnant and had a boyfriend; and she had all her plans made out for the future.

"And, then some monster came and took it all away from her," they added.
