Kingscourt Castle Limited, who run Cabra Castle, have applied for permission to construct a single storey detached Spa and Wellness Centre. 

The building will comprise of a takeaway and a retail commercial unit on ground floor level and a total of 11 apartments.

Lumax Investments Limited have applied for permission to construct four two-storey detached houses at Oriel Way, Killyconnigan.

The total development would consist of 18 new units.
