Planning approved for 33 new homes in Co Cavan

Planning permission has been approved for 33 homes in Co Cavan. The approved plans will allow for a mixed residential development of 1,2,3 and 4 bed homes. The go-ahead from Cavan County Council also allows for access off the existing Ashbrook housing development road along with associated service road, site boundaries and open space.

A Natural Impact Statement (NIS) was submitted to the Planning Authority with this application at Ashbrook Housing Estate located at Moynehall in the town. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted. County planners have the green light with 45 conditions attached.
