Planning permission is being sought for 40 houses in Cootehill. A previous planning permission was granted for 13 homes on the site, if given the green light the development will become a housing estate of 53 homes.
The permission that is being sought by Datum Contracts Limited the construction of 40 two storey units comprising of 34 no semi-detached units and two blocks of three townhouses, along with the completion of the site services and all associated site works.
The development once completed will be in 4 phases and will consolidate the site as a 53 housing development. The first development of 13 houses is partially constructed. Cavan County Council will decide on this application by early August.
