Planning permission has been approved for 22 apartments in Cavan.
The green light has been given by Cavan County Council for the own door residential units being built in two 2-storey blocks.
The 22 units will comprise of six 2-bed apartments on ground floor level and 6 duplex units in Block A.

While in Block B will be made up of five 2-bed apartments on the ground floor and five one-bed duplex units above those.
Free standing bin stores, car parking and bicycle parking, along with the provision of public amenity spaces and public lighting and connection to public sewer and water main all make up the approved plans for the Tullymongan Upper site in Cavan Town.
