Planning permission has been granted for 33 houses in Lisasturrin in Kingscourt.
The planning application that was approved this week allows the developer to demolish existing partially built dwellings on the site and retain 4 dwellings that was located on the Carricklech site.
Dara Bridge Housing Ltd have been granted permission to erect 29 one 2 storey 3 bed detached dwelling, Eight, 2 storey, 3 bed semi-detached dwellings - Four, 2 storey 2 bed semi-detached dwellings - Twelve, 2 storey, 2 bedroom 3 unit terraced dwellings and Four, 2 storey, 1 bed duplex dwellings. County planners also gave the green light for an associated service road, site boundaries and open space and also install a temporary sewage treatment unit and all associated site works. 31 conditions have been attached to this application.
