Planning permission sought for Cavan houses

Planning permission is being sought to erect a fully serviced residential development consisting of 24 properties in Cavan.

Onyx Homes Limited have sought pre validation for the planned development next to the Beeches, Swellan Lower in the town.

They hope to build 20 semi-detached two-storey houses and 4 own door duplex apartments in 1 two-storey block.

County planners will make a decision on the application by the end of April.
