Planning permission is being sought for 28 apartments in Cavan Town.
In recent days an application has been lodged to Cavan County Council to erect a three storey over basement apartment block consisting of 16 two bedroom and 12 one bedroom apartments
Also in the application is parking to the existing basement and the connection to the existing public mains water, sewerage and surface water drainage and all ancillary site works.

The site located in the Kinnypottle area of Cavan Town is partially developed with an existing basement and constructed under a previously approved planning application.
County planners will decide on this application by mid September.
