Planning sought for new MTEK building locally

Planning permission has been sought in recent days to erect a new two storey building at the MTEK in Monaghan. Monaghan County Enterprise Fund have applied to county planners to erect a new 2 story office building along with a new access from service road.

The planning notice also includes the connection to existing public services, car parking, signage and all associated ancillary works. Monaghan County Council will decide on the application mid-August for the Armagh Rd site.
