A local councillor has highlighted the work that goes on behind the scenes to prepare Clones for match-day.
St. Tiernach's Park in Clones will play host to Monaghan vs Westmeath this Sunday, the fourth marquee fixture at the ground in six weeks.
Since the middle of May, Clones has already hosted the Ulster Final, and Monaghan's All-Ireland clashes against Mayo and Roscommon.
Local Cllr. Pat Treanor says it's fantastic to see big games being played in the town.
Speaking to Northern Sound, he said that a great effort is made by the local community, through volunteers and investment.
Cllr. Treanor said the public only see's part of the work that goes on.
He said: "We only see part of the work that goes on behind the scenes, planning for such an event.
"Speaking to the people involved, they're delighted with it. They're quite willing and prepared.
"It's another example of the drive that there is in Clones, and the efforts made to keep business going and improve on them, and add new business," Cllr. Treanor added.
