The Ridge Enterprise Hub in Castleblayney is due to be completed before the end of the year after hitting supply chain delays.
It was previously expected that the building would have been completed in the first quarter of this year.
However, councillors at a recent MD meeting were informed that "owing to delays in material supply chains, it is envisaged that the project shall be completed in early to mid-Quarter 4" of this year.

Acting MD Co-ordinator Damian Thornton said the supply chain issues related to glass for the building's windows.
The enterprise hub on the McGrath Road will be a three-storey building with potential for 24 business units.
