Single lane closure to part of N2 Castleblayney Bypass to take effect tonight

Part of the N2 Castleblayney Bypass will be temporarily closed overnight this week.

The N2 Castleblayney Bypass from the townland of Corrinshigo, at the junction for the R183 Ballybay, to the Tullyvin Roundabout will be subject to a single lane closure on the Northbound Lane only.

The single-lane closure will be in operation from 10pm to 6 am from tonight until Wednesday 26th August to allow for pavement resurfacing works.

Diversions will be in place for the duration of the closures and the County Council says every effort will be made to minimise delays.
