A Smithborough woman has written a cookbook in memory of her 1 day old niece.
In July Cathy McGuire lost her baby May and received support from the charity Feiliceain and The Little Lifetime Foundation following the passing.
After attending a cooking class with Neven Maguire for Adult Down syndrome nationwide Clare McElroy decided to take all of her recipes and compile her second cookbook in honour of May.

Speaking ahead of the launch this Sunday Cathy said it brings a smile to her face knowing that her daughter won’t be forgotten.
