The Minister for Sport, Charlie McConalogue is set to visit Co. Cavan next week.
The purpose of the visit, is to provide a briefing for clubs proposing to make applications for schemes.
Minister McConalogue will refer to the Community Sport Facilities Fund, and to directing its funding to disadvantaged areas and groups that are currently under-represented in terms of participation.

The briefing will be held in the Hotel Kilmore, Co. Cavan on Friday 17th July at 7pm.
Local TD, Brendan Smith has welcomed the news.
Speaking to Northern Sound, he outlined the purpose of the visit.
